Kleen Bin (Pty) Ltd is a registered Company (Registration Number 1997/003666/07) and has been operating in the Cape since 1997. There are over 30 Franchise areas operating in the Western Cape servicing clients from Saldanha Bay, Paarl, Sea Point to Gordon’s Bay and along the coast to George and Mossel Bay. The Kleen Bin concept was started in the South of Johannesburg in June 2003. In the last two years, Kleen bin has opened franchise operations in Sandton, Midrand, Lenasia, Roodepoort, Randburg, Fourways, Centurion, Waterval and is planning to progress into other Metro areas in Kwa-Zulu Natal, The Freestate, Eastern Cape and Mpumalanga as soon as the modern refuse bin and latest waste removal technology becomes available and viable in these areas.  

Kleen Bin has vast potential to grow with environmental awareness and is in fact directly linked to legal requirements of saving water and adhering to Sanitation Bi-Laws as well as the simplest route to creating jobs and a sustainable method of empowering the people in a very definite necessity to clean up and protect our environment and healthy ways of life which should in fact be supported by Legislation in future.

Financial:

R176 700.00 includes mobile trailer, all initial equipment, computer system, extensive training and on-going support, a comprehensive operation manual

Franchisee Profile:

Dedicated individual with a passion for customer service and environmental issues. Must be marketing / sales orientated to grow your own business from home.  

Training:

Full and comprehensive training from experienced trainers which will include theory and practical. Ongoing training in the operational and management activities of the business. This will ensure that you have the confidence and necessary skills to provide a high quality and professional service to your customers from the very first day you start your business.  

Advertising:

Local, Provincial and National Advertising will be done partly by the Franchisor.  

Royalty Fee:

Monthly royalties equal to 8% of the income of the Business are payable to the Franchisor. 

Marketing Fee:

After the first year of operation, Franchisee’s will pay a small marketing fee. This advertising levy is used to promote the Kleen Bin brand and the funds will be housed in a trust administered by our Auditors and allocated through regional representation of the Franchisee’s. 

Franchisee’s Territory:

The territory within which the Franchise will be entitled to exercise its rights will be defined in the Franchise Agreement which will include approximately 15 000 bins. 

Product & Chemicals:

The Franchisee shall only use the equipment, chemicals, brands and methods prescribed by the Franchisor.
